Motion for 13th amendment habeas corpus injunctive relief, as in

Matter of Elizabeth Turner, and cocoa import injunction for cocoa

produced by child soldiers or child labor involuntary contrary to the

Constitution, treaties, and 18 USC 1761, and mandamus for

enforcement of 19 CFR 12.45

: Merchandise Produced by Convict, Forced, Or Indentured Labor

12.45 - Transportation and marketing of prison-labor products.

If any apparent violation of section 1761 or 1762, title 18, United

States Code, with respect to any imported article comes to the

attention of a port director, he shall detain the article and report thefacts to the appropriate United States attorney. If the United States

attorney advises the port director that action should be taken

against the article, it shall be seized and held pending the receipt of

further instructions from the United States attorney or the court.

1. The CBP is well aware of child involuntary servitude in US

chocolate makers contracted crop farms in Africa,

Wherefore we pray the Court compel CBP to cease permitting

imports of cocoa, cocoa butter, cocoa fat, cocoa solids, or

chocolates, made by involuntary child labor, and require the CBP to

report on same to the US Attorneys and Attorney General, and the

Court for seizure thereof and other relief.
