PINK GIN & TONICSIn 1825, British officers stationed in India started to mix medicinal bitters with

their daily ration of quinine tonic.

Comprising of an exotic mixture of herbs, roots and spices, these ‘Pink Gins’ stimulated heat faded appetites and acted as treatment for all ailments.

All our ‘Pink Gins’ are made with house bitters, large gins and quinine tonics.
