Dashboard Interface
This is where the customer can view their account, including; analytics for their Social Media Networks/Views/Website visits, via- Google Analytics. If customer doesn't have a Google account, one can be created by Account Support.
At bottom of main page- a snap shot of the generated leads are shown.

Profile
This is where the customer can view and add all profiles they may have. Included here the Customer will see their Subscription Package (Basic $99 or Pro $299), coverage area, and have the ability to change settings. Customers can add multiple profiles if they have multiple companies. Also allows for multiple profiles if different sections/departments exist within one company. Example: An Auto Dealer commonly has a finance/sales/parts department

Connections
This is where the customer can add their Social Networks/WordPress or Widget- for Article Syndication (SEO). User has the ability to turn syndication on or off.

KeyWords & Phrases
In this section, the Customer and/or Account Support will input KeyWords/Phrases that the Software uses to compile leads/prospects. Under the Article Syndication section, Keywords & Phrases entered are given definitions for SEO purposes and the articles generated are compiled for Optimization. These articles can be syndicated/delivered to their Social Networks or Website. Social Media KeyWords/Phrases is how the Software captures people referencing, mentioning, and/or discussing the Customers Product or Services. The Competitors section is to get an idea of what their direct competition is doing in the way of marketing on social media. Blacklist KeyWords/Phrases is what the Customer does not want Cobia Systems to find. .

Campaigns
This section is used to customize messages for campaigns, via Twitter Ads, and requires the use of credits. PinPoint/Geo Target your Campaign to a specific area.
*Special Note:Credits are consumed when “Engagement” takes place (Replys, Retweets, Comments, Likes, Link follow)

Pages
This is where the customer and/or Account Support Representative can customize a call-to-action (CTA) landing page. Here, the opportunity to capture information exist. The gathered info is stored/saved for follow ups.

When someone follows you, they are converted into a contact, and can be found here.

Billing
The billing portal is used for upgrading or downgrading service. The customer can choose the Basic ($99) or Pro ($299) package. The difference between the two is the Basic package receives a feed from Twitter that delivers 10% of the potential. The Pro package is given 100% of the Feed.

Purchases
This is where the customer will view their history of the purchases. In addition the Customer can add multiple payment methods.

Credits
In the credits tab, a customer can view how many credits they have. It shows the date credits were added, and allows Customer to purchase more credits.

Articles
Once Keywords/Phrases have been entered, this Tool then compiles content/articles for syndication purposes. Within this section, the customer can view published articles, view queued articles pending syndication, write their own articles, and view any deleted articles. To turn On/Off article syndication, go to the connections tab.

Leads
When a Social Media Profile is connected and KeyWords/Phrases are entered, acquired Leads will Live here.Reputation leads- Is how the Customer is being viewed in the Social Media World
Competitor leads- Gives insight on what the Competition is doing. There's also a rating system; Positive/Neutral/Negative- This determines a “Feeling” or Consensus of a KeyWord/Phrase disposition.

Forms
In the Forms section, a customer can Select what information they want to gather. This Submission Form will live on a Page. Refer to slide 9

Coupons
In the coupon section, a customer has the ability to make coupons for their product or service. There is no limit to how many coupons a customer can have. Customer can also incorporate Coupons with Campaigns.

Gallery
In Gallery, the Customer can upload as many images they like- to “paint a picture” of their business.

Comments
This is a blogging system that builds content for a specific article. When an article goes viral, and people start posting comments connected to the article the content will reside here.

Directory
Under Directory tab, a Customer can display multiple Businesses. Example: The “Seattle Chamber of Commerce” is a Customer that has an existing Directory of
Businesses. There's no restriction for them to list their Directory on Cobia Systems Directory.

Support
This tab is intended as a ticketing system for the Support Center. If a customer has a question, they can submit a Support ticket which is emailed to the entire Account Support staff. They can choose a category for support; general support/suggestions/product support. In addition, the Customer can attach a message, and disposition the Support ticket with; low/medium/high Priority
