This Coach Development Model is an interactive tool designed for individuals, schools, hockey clubs & local authorities. It details the experience, training & qualification standards expected & clarifies how these standards change depending on the coach’s level & the environment in which they coach. The Model has been developed in partnership with the England Hockey Board, Scottish Hockey & Welsh Hockey Union to be used as a checklist for employment or a supporting tool for aspiring coaches to use in their personal coaching pathway progression.Coach Development Model is © of England Hockey Board, Scottish Hockey & Welsh Hockey Union.
