    Welcome to the Coaching Successfully Manual

    The goal of this manual is to help you become the most successful coach you can be by

    providing a comprehensive guide for the administration of your sport program. The

    manual will provide answers to the many questions you may have before, during, and

    after your season and will be a helpful resource for your assistant coaches and supportsta.

    As a coach, you're asked to be an instructor, a disciplinarian, a role model, a counselor, a

    supervisor, and a trainer. Wearing so many hats is not an easy task. A comprehensive
