Be sure to catch it next year for some music and a heck of a lot of fun..;/’ Coachella Junior Prom was fun; it was made more fun being my first dance and the fact that it was junior prom. Would I go again? Probably not. Although, it was fun to see everyone all dressed up and you could definitely see who took Prom seriously and who was just there, but everyone looked amazing! For me the music choices could have been better, but it kept everyone jumping around or awk- wardly swinging to the beat. I guess it is hard to please everyone when it comes to picking music. As the night wore on and more people arrived, they opened doors, and there were probably just as many people outside as there were people inside. e water/punch supply ran out rather quickly and there were many people rushing into the bathroom to get some water from the drinking fountain. You would think they would expect people to be thirsty and have a back-up or re- placement jug. I liked how it wasn’t at the high school and some- where new, I place that I had never been before. I guess altogether that night wasn’t bad. It was funny to see ev- eryone either getting into the music and dancing, letting it rip, or the rest standing in circles rocking to the music. It probably looked like a normal day in the commons, just with music and poufy dresses. I would like to go to a high school prom outside of Utah and compare it with this one, just for fun. I would give this dance probably three stars out of five, maybe a two.
