BMR / RMR Calculator

The BMR means Basal Metabolic Rate. Using the BMR Calculator you can determine mathematically how many calories your body naturally burns.

Then you simply take in less calories than your body naturally burns when its at rest, in other words when your are inactive.

Example: if your body burns 2,000 calories at rest and you take in 1800 calories, then your body is actually burning an extra 200 calories.

How can I register?Go to Register for Camp and fill out all information, click submit.

Can someone teach me how to use the equipment?Our fitness staff is available to answer most questions regarding the use of our equipment. For specific instruction and one on one training contact our personal training department for assistance.

What do I need to bring to the fitness camp to work out?Bring a water bottle and an exercise mat and a towel. Well take care of the rest.

I have never taken group exercise before, how do I start?Just show up! Class schedules are available online and at your local club. Our classes are taught with all fitness levels in mind. Feel free to go at your own pace or challenge yourself to a great workout.

How long are the personal training sessions?Personal training sessions are generally 30 minutes long.
