MWCNT fast accumulation in human jurkat T lymphocyte ( confirmed by epifluorescence and confocal microscopy )

• In 2008, tumor lysate protein linked with MWCNTs used as H22 liver tumour vaccine in mouse model increase cure rate of cancer.

• Phospholipid-polyethylene glycol chains linked to folic acid ↓ linked with CNTs ↓ uptake by cancer cell ↓ internalization ↓ by NIR, irradiate cells. ( Guldi et al. 2004 )

NEURON INTERACTION WITH CNT• Lovat et al. 2005 , theoretical modelling that CNT can

improve neural signaling.• Later , 2007, SWCNT-neuronal system induce neuronal

signaling.• MWCNT coated Pluronic F127 induced in mice cerebral

cortex ↓normally, PF127 induce apoptosis, but with MWCNT, apoptosis inhibited ( Bardi et al,2009 )
