Phase1– EstablishaWrittenFramework

• Weareinthemidstoffinalizingtheframeworkfor:-ØStudentEventsØClubsandSocietiesØFundAllocations

• OurNextStepistopublishthewrittenframeworkandeducatetheleadersofeachCSontheframework.

Phase2– EstablishaSenseofDirection

• WehavestartedseveralprojectstoprovidesupportandguidanceforCS.Someoutcomesthatweareworkingonare:-ØImprovinginformationflowtostudents.ØIncreasingthefacilitiesandequipmentavailableforstudents.ØEstablishingawrittenframeworkØSolvingtheissueofstudentparticipations.

• OurNextStepØReviewClub’sVisionsandMissionswiththeeventstheyareorganizing.ØPartnershipofExternalOrganizationtohelpourexistingCS.ØLargescalesurveytounderstandtheneedsandinterestofHWUMcommunity.
