To apply the expanded guarantee commitments, one should first need to observe the conditions within the framework of standard guarantee commitments.

Additional condition is the regular technical inspection of equipment. Such inspection should be performed twice a year: in spring (April – May) and fall (September – October).

Technical inspection may only be performed by special technicians with required skill level. They may include manufacturer’s specialists or foreign technicians who have undergone training at the manufacturer’s and are authorized for performing the technical inspection by the manufacturer.

Technical inspection results should be registered in the product passport filled in by an authorized technician. Such passport should be kept within the entire period of guarantee commitments.

Our plants comprise 25 mm thick light sandwich panels of foamed polyurethane, which efficiently reduce noise and heat loss and attach more durability and rigidity to the body.

Well considered and practical design of our plants ensures easy and comfortable installation and servicing, universal package of sections along the servicing side, possibility to remove all sections, mounting both in floor-standing and suspended versions through the transformations of legs into cantilevers for suspending without application of additional parts.

Easy connection with the air-duct system is performed with the help of butt panels installed on any end blocks of the system.

Automatics kit (control units, gauges, valves, drives, etc.) is offered for any plant. It provides for reliable protection, precise operation, and flexible control.

Central air conditioners of medical version are applied when there are special requirements to the air purification quality in medical institutions, pharmaceutical factories, and other facilities.

Such conditioners are represented by 8 standard sizes in MED (LITENED) version and 10 standard sizes, in MED (AIRNED) version, with capacity from 500 m3/hour to 150,000 m3/hour.

Such conditioners are manufactured in two modifications:

with inner elements of galvanized steel,

with inner elements of stainless steel.

Fans’ sections are furnished with polycarbonate inspection windows and backlights.

To ensure the non-stop operation of ventilation plant, it is possible to manufacture LITENED and AIRNED ventilation sections with stand-by motors.

Basic operational motor is connected through the V-belt drive with the stand-by motor on the shaft of which an impeller is installed. In case of belt rupture or basic motor’s failure, the automatic system – with the help of differential-pressure transducer – will switch the feeding from the basic motor to the stand-by one.

In most of cases, the compact allocation of stand-by motor allows not to increase the sizes of the fan section and, consequently, the plant as a whole.

Original design allows to replace the failed motor within the shortest possible time.

It is possible to manufacture any LITENED and AIRNED plants configurations in outdoor version.

For protection from atmospheric precipitations, the plant has a roof of galvanized steel sheet.

Air intake screen furnished with steel grid is installed from environmental air side.

In LITENED plants of outdoor version, the vent with drive is located in the air-intake section.

In AIRNED plants of outdoor version, the drive of air vent is closed with the help of casing made of galvanized steel sheet.

Outdoor Version of Central Air Conditioners

Plants of northern version are furnished with heat insulated air vents.

Heat insulated vents may be installed on AIRNED plants of all standard sizes and on LITENED plants of 50-30 standard size and higher.

Vent body is made of galvanized steel sheet and rotary blades, of aluminum shape.

Tubular heating coils are located in the places of blades attachment and rule out the possibility of their freezing to the vent’s body or to each other.

Connecting terminals of heating coils are withdrawn to the junction box, which is located on the side surface of the vent’s body. Protection degree of the junction box is IP54.

Air capacity from 1,000 to 200,000 m3/hour.

Resolution of any non-standard tasks in the spheres of ventilation and air conditioning.

Load-carrying frame comprises the shapes of stainless aluminum alloy. Sandwich panels may have the outside layers of galvanized steel, plasticized galvanized sheet steel, Peraluman alloy, stainless steel. Foamed polyurethane or mineral wool may be used as filler.

To connect panels in the frame, we use specially patented locking system, which provides for high durability (up to 2,500 Pa) of 25, 50 or 60 mm thick three-layer sandwich panels due to the pressure uniformity along the entire perimeter.

Carriage frame is made of galvanized rolled-formed sections assembled with the help of bolts or welded in accordance with the unit configuration. Frame’s design allows to lay water and draining pipes. Upon request, the basements and supporting structures may have different shape and size or may be made of different materials.

Air conditioner sections, which require regular inspection and servicing (filters, fans, etc.) are furnished with comfortable doors with additional options: safety grid, embedded limit switch of fan sections, twin-chamber inspection windows, backlight, switchboard, etc.

Broad family of filters: coal, rotary (drum), electrostatic precipitators, absolute (up to H14), bactericide lamps, metal filters for air with oil-vapor admixtures. Furnished with moisture separator and drain pan in special cases.

Rotary filtration system allows to maintain the constant air volume in the operating plant irrespective of filtering material pollution.

Highly efficient copper-aluminum tubular heat exchangers with the number of rows from 1 to 12 allow to easily choose a heating or cooling section with required thermal capacity. Design versions: with steel or stainless steel pipes destined for hot water; vapor heat exchangers with ribbing of painted aluminum, copper, tin, stainless steel.

Twin channel multi-zonal sections are furnished with both heater and cooler, which allows two separate air ducts to convey warm and cold air simultaneously in adequate volume and at required temperature.

Moistening by compressed air or water under pressure ensures high adiabatic efficiency (up to 98%) and reduces operation costs. All sectional components (body, pan, cantilevers, moisture separator) are made of stainless steel with prefabricated and ready-for-use self-cleaning nozzles.

Ultrasonic moistening sections disperse the surface waves of treated water in the form of fine foggy particles due to the cavitation effect. Such air moistening scheme allows to save electricity, reduces the hook-up cost, and extends the service life of equipment.

Fan sections of centrifugal type with double-side intake in the body of galvanized steel (minimum operating time is 20 000 hours). Statically and dynamically balanced impeller may have blades bent both forward or backward.

Fire-Fighting Ventilation Equipment

Prevent the propagation of fire and combustion products along air ducts, shafts, ventilation and air conditioning channels. Also used in the air-supply and exhaust anti-smoke ventilation systems.

Certified with respect to the compliance with the requirements set forth by the Federal Law # 123-FZ of June 22, 2008 “Technical Regulations Involving Fire Safety Requirements.” Equipment application should also conform to the requirements set forth by SP7,13130.2013 and SP60.13130.2012.

Fire-Fighting Valves Equipment is not subject to installation in premises of A and B blast-and-fire safety categories, in the places engaged in sucking off the explosive and fire hazardous media and systems involving the ventilation thereof.

Environmental design and allocation category: UZ according to GOST 15150-69 (environmental air temperature from – 30 to + 40°C, direct impact of atmospheric precipitations is not allowed).

Valve body is made of galvanized steel sheet. Noncombustible material is used in rotary blades of PPK-1 and PPK-1K valves. Blade of PPK-1D valve is made of galvanized steel sheet.

In PPK-1 and PPK-1K valves, the thermosetting gasket is applied along the perimeter of rotary blade. It expands at high temperatures, thus ensuring the high pressurization of closed valve.

May be mounted in any position along with allowing the free access to the drive and servicing hatches. Servicing hatches are missing at smoke-removal valves.

In some cases, it is needed to provide the air-duct direct sections upstream and downstream the valve with length no less than the blades’ span beyond the body’s limit.

New solution for designing the systems involving process control of big facilities

Process-control systems have been greatly developed lately. Automatics systems by various manufacturers are presented in the market. One of the most reputed and reliable manufacturers is the company “Carel.” Its products are offered by the company NED.

Functional objectives executed by Plant Visor system:

Collecting information on the state of engineering equipment from controllers installed at the local automatics boards.

Storage and display of information on equipment’s behavior over the entire period of its operation.

Informing the servicing personnel on events requiring attention via email or SMS messages.

Access to control and supervision of equipment via the Internet and local facility’s intranet, etc.

Way of operation used by Carel’s process-control system is as follows:

Control boards with controllers are installed in places where equipment is allocated. Such boards receive the information from gauges and actuators. On the basis of said information and the algorithm preset in the operation system, controller carries out the management of ventilation system or cooling machine for instance.

Controller may operate in the autonomic mode or exchange information with the Plant Visor system. The latter is a computer with special preset software.

To execute such information exchange, an additional card should be installed in the controller.

nDlC-m and nDlC-H are single-stage. Refrigerating capacity of 1,500 ÷ 3,800 kW.nDlC-ES are two-stage. Refrigerating capacity of 4200 ÷ 7,700 kW.nDlC-VSD are two-stage with VSD frequency inverter. Refrigerating capacity of 1,500 ÷ 4,200 kW.Applied refrigerant: R 134a.

NDLC chillers with centrifugal compressors are water cooling machines for OViK systems with high EER7 and IPLV11.6 power-efficiency coefficients, which are able to operate in “Free Cooling” mode. Chillers’ capacity may be smoothly adjusted within the range from 10% to 100% of rated refrigerating capacity. It is possible to use high voltage motor from 400 to 10,000 V.
