Logging Into Clever
Using Clever Badge to Log in Using Student Email to Log in
• Go to www.clever.com (“Clever: powering technology in the classroom”)• Bookmark clever website (Download clever app if using a tablet)• Click on “log in as a student” (see white rectangle on top right)• Be sure log in screen says “Pleasant Valley School District”
If not…• Click on “Not your district?” • Search for Las Posas using drop down menu
• Click blue “Clever Badge Log in” icon on right of screen
• Allow clever.com to use your camera
• Hold clever badge up to camera until green check mark appears
• Click “Log in with Google” on left side of screen
• Enter student’s school issued email address (case sensitive)
• Click next• Enter student’s school issued
password
Inside the Clever Portal (You can explore all apps in portal.)
Benchmark Universe ST Math
• Click on Benchmark Education Company
• Click on Assignments• Click on assigned reading group links
(ex: “Group 3 Phonics Games”)• Sometimes students will choose
assignment, sometimes I will choose• Click the open book icon on the left to
open the assignment• Click on lower right hand corner of
books and decodable readers to turn page forward
• Click on ST Math (Penguin Pic)• If using a tablet, a prompt will
appear saying “Open this page in “ST Math”? (Choose open)
• “Play the gray” • There are no directions. Students
must problem solve and learn from mistakes to progress to next level
• Be sure to log out properly to save progress
