I really enjoy putting our bi-yearly Chronicle together. It lets me fill you in on what’s new in our clinics, plus give you lots of tips to keep

improving your skin’s health and appearance.

I’ve been busy on advisory boards and at conferences looking at industry issues and developments. I’ve also been working closely with Louise Guest, our Clinical Educator, to ensure Clear Complexions has an education and professional development program for our team that’s not only completely unique but exemplifies leadership and best practice in our industry.

Our team is continuing to grow. I’m immensely proud of the professional Client Service Managers, Doctors and Nurses we have with us now, all of whom share my desire to give you incredible results for your skin. I was so touched recently to be with a client during her review after a treatment course. She was truly delighted with the progress of her skin, and quite emotional. When I asked her how she felt, knowing that her skin now looks clear and healthy, she said “I simply feel beautiful”.

Over the coming months, you may notice some changes to our look, both in our clinics and our communications with you. After 10 years of growing Clear Complexions, I felt it was time for us to evolve even further.
