Parts  Structure Content  

Daily  Cleaning

1.Remove  air  cap  2.Wipe  out  the  top  of  liquid  nozzle  with  duster  soaked  in  solvent.

Duster

No  dipping  whole  spray  gun  in  solvent    Toothbrush    CoLon  swab  etc. 3.Clean  the  air  cap  in  solvent  

Use  soN  tool  like  as  toothbrush 1

Periodic  Disassemble  and  Cleaning  

For  disassembling  make  sure  to  use    “Lumina”  spanner.  

Do  not  use  pliers  or  other  tools.  

Apply  Grease  aNer  cleaning  each  parts

Piston  Set 3.Grease    Around  the  wall  of  piston  chamber

4.Grease    Inner  O-­‐Ring When  cleaning  the  parts,  

Please  remove  this  O-­‐Ring.  This  O-­‐Ring  is  easy  to  be  damaged  

Never  hurt  this  surface.  This  part  is  very  important  for  good  spray.

O-­‐Ring  P-­‐3  (Perfluroro)

Needle

O-­‐Ring  P-­‐11  (NBR)

Liquid  Nozzle,  Needle,  and  Packing  are  Consumables.    If  liquid  leak  from  the  top  of  the  nozzle    were  occurred,  replace  these  parts  with  new  one.    Liquid  nozzle  and  needle  (or  Piston  Set)  should  be  replaced  all  together.  

O-­‐Ring    P-­‐3  Exchange

Flathead  screwdriver

O-­‐Ring  P-­‐3 Remove  O-­‐Ring  Stopper  with  Flathead  screwdriver.  And  you  will  find  O-­‐Ring  P-­‐3  pushed  in  the  main  unit.
