ClassicPro GQ – innovative flexibility for perfect milking results and teat condition

ClassicPro GQ is the name of the unique new silicone liner from GEA for the Classic 300 milking cluster. Benefit from the well thought-out, new design – because the round liner is square inside:

What does this mean for you? Its particularly good adherence during milking, even with small teats, leads to fast stripping which is gentle on the teats. You thus benefit from healthy cows and efficient milking in one package.

Anti-twist device for a good fit – no twisting of the silicone teat cup liner in the shell - for full functionality.

Flexible milk hose for optimum positioning – with the single-piece silicone liner no sight glass is needed. This leads to greater flexibility and ideal positioning under the udder.

Optimum adaptability – the conical shaft and the unique folding pattern lead to the proper milking of a broad range of teat sizes and shapes.

Aeration nozzle – the vent on the short milk hose supports the milk transport during times of high milk flow – and is thus an interesting option for high-yield herds in par-ticular. An un-vented version of the GlassicPro GQ is also available.

A unique design for efficient milking – the shape of the barrel gives a perfect massaging effect throughout the milking process.

A small head for small teats – the small had (height and diameter) ensures perfect massageand perfect milking, particularly for short and closely grouped teats.

You have the choice of shells. The black composite shell (recommended for 3xmilking per day only) is lighter, the steel shell is proven. In com-bination with the ClassicPro GQ, they ensure an ergonomically perfect milking experience for both the milker and cows.
