Day 1 ROME

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Evening transfer to the Trasteveredistrict. Welcome to Rome! Upon airport arrival, we shall bewaiting to transport you to your hotel. You will receive informationfor the start of your circuit in the afternoon or this will be on theinformative signs in the hotel reception. At the end of the eveningwe arrange a transfer to Trastevere area. This neighborhood willbe a great introduction to Rome, a stroll in the narrow cobbledstreets of the Trastevere district reveals hidden treasures to us,such as some modest medieval churches, small shops with themost peculiar of objects or scenes of daily life. Many trattorias(informal Italian eating establishments) and osterias (inns)imbued with the Italian spirit will be ready to serve you localdishes. Other restaurants serving Indian, Chinese andinternational food can be found in this area. Return to hotel.

Day 2 ROME

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: City tour of Rome. Roman Coliseum(admission price included) and Vatican City.In the morning, wehave a scenic tour of the city, which will be a great introduction to“The Eternal city”. We enter the tiny state of the Vatican. TheVatican City is a principal centre of Christianity in the world. Youwill be able to visit St. Peter’s Basilica. And we have alsoincluded admission to the Roman Coliseum, the principalsymbol of Rome. This impressive con­struction dates back 2,000years and will transport us in time so that we can learn aboutancient society in the Roman Empire. In the evening we providetransport to the Via Cavour area, where you will find restaurantsserving Italian, Indian, Chinese and interna­tional food. Return tohotel.

Day 3 ROME - FLORENCE

TODAY’S HIGLIGHTS: Tour with a local expert from Florence.View from Piazzale Michelangelo. We will leave Rome,heading north. This route is graced with beautiful landscapes.Upon arrival in FLORENCE, we head straight to PiazzaleMichelangelo, an impressive site in the city. In the evening weprovide a tour with a local expert, and walk through the historiccentre, taking in places such as the Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo,and Piazza della Signoria. This city is truly an outdoor museum.Free time to explore. In the evening, you can dine at your favoriterestaurant. In this district you can find restaurants serving Italian,Indian, Chinese and international food.

Day 4 FLORENCE - VENICE

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Vaporetto boat on Venice’s GrandCanal. Visit and admission to the St Mark´s Basilica. Admire thetechnique of crafting Murano Glass. Today we enjoystunning mountain landscapes while crossing the ApennineMountains. Arriving in VENICE, we will board a Vapporetto totravel around on the canals in the historic centre. With a localguide, we will visit the marvellous St Marck´s and enter themarvellous basilica (entry cost included). Afterwards, we shall beable to visit the Murano glass factory. It is marvellous to see thetechnique how this ancient glass is made. Free time. At theend of the afternoon, you will have the chance to eat dinner inthe Mestre area, where you can choose the type of restaurantthat you prefer (Indian, Oriental, Italian, etc.).

Day 5 VENICE - INNSBRUCK - KITZBUHEL

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Breathtaking landscapes. Dinnerincluded. We will depart from Venice, travelling to Austria!. Arrivalto INNSBRUCK, time to stroll in the historic centre and havelunch. After this, we travel along a very pretty scenic roadbetween the mountains to KITZBÜHEL – Arrival and time to seethis picturesque little village, a famous ski resort where we canenjoy the snow for a large part of the year! Free time. Dinnerincluded(vegetarian option possible). <fontcolor="#000099">Note: In case of few travellers on the trip, thejourney from Venice to Innsbruck may be done by a train. </font>

Day 6 KITZBUHEL - SALZBURG - VIENNA

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Salzburg, the city of Mozart. Fantasticscenery. Cruise on a lake. We will get to know Austria morethoroughly. We travel between mountains to SALZBURG, ourguide accompanies us to the most beautiful streets of thehistoric centre of this city declared a World Heritage site. Wethen go on our way between lakes and mountains. A verybeautiful scenic stage in the Alps. We stop at ST. WOLFGANG,a famous place of pilgrimage in Austria. We continue toTRAUNKIRCHEN along with the very beautiful TRAUNSEElake, where we include a cruise on the lake to see four castlesand disembarking in GMUNDEN. Continuation to VIENNA,arrival at the end of the afternoon.

Day 7 VIENNA

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Vienna city tour. Gardens of theimmense Schön­brunn Palace. After breakfast, at around12.00h, we start with a scenic visit around Vienna with a localexpert. Here, we experience its majestic avenues, its palacesand the vibrant city centre. Directly afterwards, we head theSchönbrunn Palace where visitors can stroll around and enjoy itsbeautiful gardens. In the evening we go to the City Hall Square toenjoy the lighting and the nightlife in the neighbouring streets,where you can dine at your preferred restaurant with cuisinesfrom around the world including Austrian, Chinese, Indian andItalian.

Day 8 VIENNA - BUDAPEST

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: City tour with our local expert inBudapest. Cruise on the Danube. We depart for Hungary. Wehave a little under a 3-hours trip to Budapest. Arrival toBUDAPEST at around 11.30 hrs. Discover the “Queen of theDanube” on a scenic tour of highlight. This city is divided by theDanube, with historic Buda on one side and cosmopoli­tan “Pest”on the opposite bank. <div style="display: inline !important;"><divstyle="display: inline !important;"><span style="font-weight:normal;"> After time for lunch, we will include a </span>boat touralong the Danube Rive<span style="font-weight: normal;">r; theviews of the city and parliament are impressive. Leisure timeafter the tour.</span>There will be time at the end of the day inthe lively area of Vaci Utca, where there are lots of littlerestaurants with food from different countries (Indian, Chinese,Hungarian and Italian).

Day 9 BUDAPEST - BRATISLAVA - PRAGUE

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS. Time to explore Bratislava. Czechlandscapes. We will leave Budapest for BRATISLAVA, thecapital of Slovakia and a city alongside the Danube with anattractive historic centre. Time to see the city and have lunch.After lunch we will continue on our way to the Czech Republic.PRAGUE - At the end of the afternoon, we provide transport totake you to the Old Town Square. This central location is full ofenergy and touristic activities. It’s a marvellous place to acquaintourselves with Prague. Several restaurants offering cuisines fromaround the world will be waiting to delight your taste buds,including Czech, Chinese, Indian and Italian. Return to hotel.

Day 10 PRAGUE

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: City tour of Prague. Visit to Castle. Boattour along the river. Today we are visiting this capital city,which is the Baroque jewel of Europe. Our local expert willprovide a guided city tour, which will include the most outstandingmonuments. During the visit we walk through Prague Castle(admission included). Subsequently, we shall take a magnificentboat tour along Vltava River. Free time in the afternoon toexplore Prague. In the evening, we will enjoy some time off inthe historical city center and there will be an opportunity for youto enjoy cuisines from around the world (including Czech,Chinese, Indian and Italian). TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Bavarian Landscapes.We leave forGermany. In the region of Bavaria, we will see LAUF AN DERPEGNITZ, a picturesque little village which stands out for itsbusy Market Square and Castle. After this we will carry on toWURZBURG, with time for lunch and to see this Bavarian city onthe banks of the Maine, a former bishopric centre and now avery busy university city. Our journey continues towardsFRANKFURT. Explore the historic centre and choose yourfavorite restaurant to dine in (from Indian, Oriental, Italian,International, and so on).

Day 12 FRANKFURT
