Suds Blaster Gun Mounting

Here is 3 mounting styles for the gun, this depends on the design of your wash tunnel.

This is 3 possible scenarios.

Fluid Hose and Switch Wires

Fluid tube and trigger switch holeDrill 5/8 in. hole in base

for wires and hose

Wire & hose hole

Mounting hole for 1/4 in. bolt

Place 4 bolts with rubber bushings inside 5 in.hole in glass. Each bushing has a inner and outer piece.

Cut a 5 inch diameter hole in glass 9 3/8 inchesfrom bottom of gun base to center of 5 inch holein glass.

Align the bolts to the top and bottom of the glass, like in photo below. Position the angleof the boot to face down to the bottom.

The finished piece looks like this with thewindow between the 2 black ABS rings.
