These machine operation training programs will provide you with a strong working knowledge of each tool. Courses feature extensive hands-on training complemented by class room instruction. Each basic course will cover the following areas with mostly hands-on training.

SPECIALIZED MACHINE TOOL TRAINING COURSES

Five Machines in Five Days

A special course to provide you with an overview of 5 different on-site machines. This course is designed for maintenance & facility managers, plant engineers, foreman and facility machinists who would like to learn how a comprehensive range of portable ma-chine tools can be utilized to solve a variety of new project & maintenance challenges. Instruction includes both classroom & hands-on experience with each class of machine tool.

Day One: On-Site Boring and Bore Welding Machines Day Two: On-Site Valve Repair & Refurbishment Machines Day Three: On-Site Milling Machines Day Four: On-Site Flange Facing Machines Day Five: On-Site Lathes

A 3-day course designed specifically for the new project, retrofit & maintenance needs of the shipbuilding industry. The course will focus on innovative on-site machining solutions designed to complete challenging shipbuilding procedures in less time and at reduce costs. This is an applications oriented course and students will be trained on a variety of machine tools designed for use within the ship building industry. Students are encouraged to bring specific application needs to the class for discussions with your instructor.
