How does your student get their
transcript? Download a SCHS Release of Records Request
form (transcript request form) from Student
Services website or pick up from the transcript
office (D107-02) in Student Services
Complete the form and return it to the
transcript office: Form must be signed by parent
Applicable Fee(s) must accompany the request before it will be
processed
This form will be maintained in the transcript office, available for
future request updates

Official transcripts are mailed by SCHS and must
be requested 15 business days (approx. 3 weeks) prior to the college’s deadline
Three transcripts are free, each additional transcript
request requires a fee of $5.00
Seventh semester grades will be automatically sent
in February 2018 to all applied colleges

Test Scores
Students must have their standardized test
scores (SAT/ACT) sent directly to the schools
they are applying to
SCHS does not send SAT, ACT, or AP scores
Ways to send scores:
When the student registers for the test, they select the
colleges where the scores will be directly sent
