Cut flowers must be fresh and have good colour. Any bud showing colour is considered a bloom. Potted plants must be in the exhibitor possession for at least three (3) months. Dead leaves should be removed and pots must be clean. The same potted plants must not be shown more than two (2) years in a row. A single entry in a category does not necessarily get first prize.
