What kind of RBO is envisioned for Combado Lusaran-River Basin?

Possibilities:•Jointly participated by the respected barangays in the area of the river basin. Represented by the respected BLGU and MLGU—Asturias, Balamban, Danao, Cebu City.•Each BLGU and MLGU must have representative to the RBO.•Must be recognized by the 4 LGU MDCs through ordinance.

What kind of RBO is envisioned for Combado Lusaran-River Basin?

•There must be MOA among the 4 LGUs

•Must be multi-stakeholder RBO.

•CL-RBO must emanate from the barangays through adoption by brgy. Ordinance/ resolutions then to the municipality, then to the province.

•Inclusion of the civil society Organizations in the Brgy. RBO
