CEI Logon Instructions: Step One

1a.) Type in the URL https://www.dmdc.osd.mil/

esgr/privacyAction.do

1b.) Left Click on the “Logon” tab

CEI Logon Instructions: Step Two

2a.) Left click “Personal Information” radio button

2b.) Enter 9-digit SSN with no dashes

2c.) Enter last name of Service Member

2d.) Enter birth date in the format required (mmm-dd-yyyy)

3c.) Most Recent Active Duty Information listed here

3a.) Service Member’s name listed here

3d.) Current Healthcare Insurance
