WHO ARE THEY ?

Civil Rights are individual freedoms, As the right to come and go, to dispose of the body, the right to life, freedom of expression, property, equality before the law.

Section 4. º - Liberty consists in being able to do everything which does not harm others:

thus, the exercise of the natural rights of each man has no limits except those which assure

to the other members of society the enjoyment of these rights. These limits can

only be determined by law.

Civil rights are rights that are established by the nations limited to its territorial limits, while human rights are rights that say that individuals have by nature at birth.
