Oxford, Mississippi, that Tod Grober and Nancy Eimer have filed an application
for a variance pertaining to the rear yard setback requirement. A 15ft rear yard
variance is requested from 25ft to 1 Oft to allow for construction of a selected house
plan for a single-family residence. Section 500 & 510 of the Oxford Zoning
Ordinance. Said property is located at 709 Summerset Drive, Lot #8, Summerset
Subdivision, Oxford, Mississippi. A public hearing regarding said application will
be held at 5:00 p.m., in the courtroom of the Oxford City Hall on June 11, 2001.
Any person interested in said application may appear in person or agent. Written
comments regarding said application will be received by the City until the time of
said bearing.
