Our Community History

MCFC was originally formed in 1894 to combat anti-social behaviour, drug and alcohol abuse, health issues, and unemployment in Manchester.

Formed in 1986 by former goalkeeper and current CITC Ambassador Alex Williams MBE, City in the Community Foundation is now in its’ 28th year of working towards combatting the very same issues.
