aged 10 – 19 living in the Square Mile.

It is important to us to listen to the ideas and opinions of every young person in the City of London and to make their voices heard.

We want to get you involved in making a real change in your community through volunteering and decision making.

Our aim is to train you up to be a Young Leader through four easy steps.

SILENT VOICE – SAY – DO - DECIDE

SILENT VOICEWe listen to every young person... even those with a SILENT VOICE!

Even if you don’t attend sessions we still care about your opinions and want you to get involved. We look at the information we have collected about young people and then ask: Who is missing?

Why do / can they not get involved?How can we support them?

We want to create a space where you feel safe and comfortable to share your feelings on services for young people.

We want to make our community the best it can be and give you the best possible service. We need your help to make this change.

DOOnce you have had your SAY... DO something about it!

DO gives you the opportunity to put your ideas into action and to start developing the skills to be a great leader and decision maker.

We have a range of DO opportunities which you can get involved in which can help you grow in knowledge, responsibility and confidence. Plus we offer a wide range of accreditations which look great on your CV.

DECIDENow you are ready to DECIDE the way forward...

Once you have been trained up you are ready to start making real decisions and changing the lives of young people in your community.

Your voice will not go unheard and you will have an important role to play in speaking with Senior Members of the City of London Corporation.

EARN TIME CREDITSCity of London Time Credits works in partnership with City Gateway to encourage young people to design and shape services that fit their needs and thank them for doing so. For every hour given a young person will earn a time credit which can be spent locally on activities and services of others in the network.
