Microsoft: Microsoft is a Strategic Partner and Citrix is a MicrosoftGlobal Gold Certified Partner. Citrix embraces Windows Serversand the .NET Framework as leading platforms for the CitrixDelivery Center. Citrix XenApp extends Microsoft® WindowsServer® 2003 and Terminal Server, allowing Windows®

applications to be accessed from any device over anyconnection. In 2003 and again in 2005, Citrix won Microsoft’sGlobal ISV of the Year award. The companies have in place afive-year technology collaboration agreement to ensure deep,ongoing technical, marketing and executive engagement.

John Burris leads the global Citrix sales andservices organization, which comprises Citrixprofessionals including channel and distributionpartners worldwide. Since joining Citrix in 1999,Burris has implemented an innovative salesstrategy that rewards value-added selling;strengthened the Citrix channel organization; andexpanded the company's presence in high-growth markets across the globe.

David J. HenshallSenior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

David Henshall oversees all aspects of Citrix’sworldwide financial management, control,reporting, planning and investor relationsfunctions. Previously, Henshall served as vicepresident, CFO, treasurer and secretary forRational Software Corporation, playing a majorrole in managing the $2.1 billion acquisition ofRational by IBM Corporation.

David R. FriedmanGeneral Counsel and Senior Vice President,Human Resources

David Friedman is responsible for Citrix’s worldwidelegal and human resources functions. Mark B. Templeton President and CEO

Mark Templeton joined Citrix as vice president for marketing in 1995, the year the company went public with $14 millionin revenues and 80 employees. Appointed president in 1998 and chief executive officer in 1999, Templeton has led Citrixto become one of the world’s top technology companies. Early on, he spearheaded the company’s marketing strategyand product leadership in the thin-client and server-based computing markets, which Citrix leads with over 80 percent

market share. He also architected Citrix’s unsurpassed global network of more than 8,000 distribution, system integration,and strategic partners. Over the past five years, Templeton has led the evolution of Citrix from a company with a singleproduct, customer segment, and go-to-market path to a company with multiple products, multiple business models,multiple customer segments, and multiple go-to-market channels. In the process, revenues have grown from $527 millionin 2002 to $1.4 billion in 2007.

Brett CaineSenior Vice President and General Manager, Online Services Division

Brett Caine is responsible for the Online Division’s worldwide market strategy andprograms, product development and revenue goal attainment. Caine was senior vicepresident of worldwide sales for Expertcity, acquired in 2003. He has over 22 years ofexperience in software sales and marketing.

Peter LevineSenior Vice President and General Manager, Virtualization and Management Division

Peter Levine leads the Virtualization and Management Division, encompassing Citrix’sXenServer, Provisioning Server and EdgeSight product lines. He is responsible for thedivision’s revenue attainment, product management, business development and strategicdirection. Levine joined Citrix in 2007 through its acquisition of XenSource. Previously, hewas a managing director at the Mayfield fund, and an early employee of VERITASSoftware. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Boston University andattended MIT’s Sloan School of Management.

Gordon PayneSenior Vice President and General Manager, Delivery Systems Division

Gordon Payne is responsible for the group’s revenue attainment, product management,business development and strategic direction. Prior to this position, Gordon served asVP of Marketing for Citrix’s Advanced Solutions Group and as the Product Line Executiveof Emerging Products for the company’s Virtualization Systems Group. In both roles,Gordon was responsible for leading cross-functional teams to bring new and uniquesolutions to market.
