Steps to install the Citrix Receiver for Citrix 6.5 Desktop

1. Open the Applications folder.

2. Checking if any old Citrix Receiver installed. If yes, you have to uninstall it first. Right click Citrix Receiver and select Move to Trash

3. Go to the link https://www.citrix.com/downloads/citrix-receiver.html and select

Earlier Versions of Receiver for Mac, then click on Receiver 12.4 for Mac

4. Open the Downloads folder, find the below .dmg file and double click to run

5. Double click Install Citrix Receiver

6. The following installer will be running. Click Continue

7. Click Continue

8. Click Agree

9. Click Install to start the installation.

10. The message box will prompt for input your Mac username and password. Once completed, click Install Software

11. Waiting until the installation is completed

12. Go to the link https://www.citrix.com/downloads/netscaler-gateway/ to download

the NetScaler Gateway Plugin. Select Access Gateway Plug-Ins /Clients

13. Select the Plugin-Ins which match your Mac OS (e.g: Sierra or EI Capitan)

14. Select the latest version and click Download File

15. Once the download is completed. Open the Downloads folder, find below .dmg file in the folder start as AGxxx and double click to run

16. Double click Install Citrix Access Gateway Plug-in

17. Click Continue to start the installation

18. The message box will prompt for input your Mac username and password. Once completed, click Install Software

19. Waiting until the installation is completed

20. Open Safari browser and access our remote service site home.savills.com.hk

21. Click the below icon to access Citrix Remote Desktop

22. Input your Savills username and password, click Log On

23. Double click the remote desktop icon (e.g. Hong Kong Desktop) to access your Citrix

Desktop.
