Introduction:This document gives formatting information about how to utilize Cisco’s Academy activities in the Jordanian Universities.

Steps and Procedure:

We will face three cases in that matter:

First case:

Universities that have a Cisco Academy and they’re active:

Steps:

1) We should contact their Dean or student’s affair office, or the Cisco academy itself.

2) Meet up with both dean and Cisco Officers in order to discuss ideas and workshops.

3) Follow up with them and collaborate in making ideas reality.

Second Case:

Universities that have A Cisco Academy but they’re INACTIVE: Steps:

1) Contact responsible party and check for reasons of being dormant.2) Change officers by calling for new officers ( if necessary )3) Meet them up and follow up with them in order to make activities

with them.

Third case:

Universities that don’t have a Cisco Academy at all:

Steps:

1) Contact their dean, Student affairs or any student club.2) Meet them up and discuss having a Cisco academy in their university 3) If they were interested, our active members should make an

introductory event about Cisco to show what is it & why is it important.

4) Open the doors for new Volunteers (interview them).5) Follow up with them and make more activities.

Notes:- I suggest that all volunteers or members should be chosen wisely

interviews should be taken seriously.- Making at least one or two huge events by Cisco, organized by all

Universities in Jordan, will give the Academy a great boost.- Appreciating volunteers will keep them Enthusiastic in working with

Cisco.- Giving out Certificates also give a boost for people.- Keeping short reasonable time between events will assure the

sustainability of the work.
