As we grew, we have mastered procurement transformation through errors and trials, thousands of hours
spent in strategy workshops, motivating, arguing and learning from each other in large and small
companies across different industries.
While providing buyers´ strategy workshops around categories, suppliers, risks and procurement
function, struggling with the huge complexity on content created in Word, Excel, PowerPoint we were
creating a new solution.
To start with, we eliminated all unnecessary steps in external support and reduced it to the core. Further
on, we created templates and standard framework in four steps – analysis, strategy, initiatives, and
results – for categories, suppliers, risks and organization. Finally, we combined selected best practices
and state-of-the-art technology in an innovative solution.
