FSE Energy has both a large and established install base within the utility and industrial solid fuel boiler marketplaces in the range of 10,000 PPH to 650,000 PPH in geographies across the globe. The reason is the unrelenting attention to detail and impeccable quality of our boiler systems. Our customer base is assured of low overhead, long product lifetimes, and personalized service with each purchase they make with us.
We are a full discipline OEM firm and can deliver a full turnkey solution from the foundations up, including all auxiliary equipment and tie-ins to existing facilities. Our goal is to provide the best value in both initial capital costs as well as long term operational costs for our customer.
• Low Operating Costs – The risk of fluctuations in fuel prices is mitigated through the ability to accept extreme high and low moisture content fuels and mid-level containing alkali fuels not viable on other combustion tech-nologies. The CFB has the absolute greatest range of fuel flexibility of any fuel available. The CFB protects the owner against future fluctuations in fuel prices by allowing the owner to change fuels at any given time. This allows for significantly reduced fuel costs.
• Low Capital Costs – FSE Energy has the reputation for offering the highest quality equipment at the best possible value.
• Lowest Overall Uncontrolled Emissions – CFB systems offer the industry’s lowest emissions from NOX, SO2, CO, VOCs and particulate.
• Highest Efficiencies – CFB technology offers the industry’s highest efficien-cy in the combustion process, thereby reducing the overall amount of fuel used, and lowering long term operating costs.

The FSE Energy neutral approach to technology and broad expertise allows us to always provide the customer with the best solution based on the unique set of project parameters, such as fuel type, fuel availability and emissions requirements. We recommend a CFB combustion solution in the following scenario:
• A CFB has the greatest fuel flexibility and is proficient at burning fuels from the extreme low end to high end moisture conditions, and it is also the right choice for fuels containing mid-level amounts of alkali.
• The CFB has higher efficiencies due to lowest excess air required for com-bustion and lowest unburned carbon.
• The highest allowable outputs for pressure, temperature and steam (up to 1,000,000 PPH) are capable on a CFB solution.
• Lower emissions can be accomplished with reduced back end equipment (NOx, CO, S02, and VOCS).
