NOTICE

Sub: Summer Training B.Tech (2009-13)

29 th September 2011

All the B.Tech students of 2009-13 batch are hereby informed that they have to undergo 6-8week industrial training immediately after end semester examination of VI semester w.e.f 2 nd week of May 2012 to 1 st week of July 2012 in reputed organization/ corporate house. This is amandatory requirement for award of B.Tech degree as per the curriculum of AUUP.

Students will have to arrange summer internship on his own in a company of his/her choice.CRC Team Members will provide bonafide letters (upto 5 nos.) and make available thedatabase of the companies as per past record wherein the students may organize theirsummer training. Students will also have the option to undergo training in a company of his/her choice as well as preferred location suitable to him/her. Students will be required tofill up the proposal form (as per attached specimen) giving the name of company and otherrequired details.

In addition to above CRC Team member (details given below) in each stream will liaison withthe company to the extent possible and workout the availability of slots, specific domain/field

and display this information on Amizone so that the students may choose the company of theirinterest after fulfilling the basic requirement as laid down by the company. He/She should alsobe ready to appear in the prescribed written test/interview.

It may be noted that each company / corporate house has limited slots for imparting trainingand those who come first from reputed Engineering Institution are generally considered and

given preference. As observed in the past most of the available training slots get filledup/allocated by end of January of the respective year.

In view of the above all the concerned students may contact respective CRC Team Memberfor submission of the proposal form at the earliest by 04-11-2011 (Friday) to enable CRC toissue bonafide letters.
