Cinematography and Photographic Services Remotely Piloted Aircraft® (RPA®) offers television studios, movie producers, documentary makers, photographers and the media generally a unique aerial perspective on how the world looks through a Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (Drone) three axis gimbaled camera. The onboard camera is controlled separately to the Drone, typically by the cinematographer or photographer. RPA has the relevant approvals from the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) to make your unique aerial shot come true. Call us and we will be there… (note… the use of Drones in some urban areas requires CASA approval). RPA uses the Inspire, a revolutionary new RPAS capable of high quality movie or still images. The RPA Inspire comes with a qualified Pilot. The hire rate per day is $1400.00 plus GST. Minimum call out rate is $500 plus GST payable in advance. These figures cover the cost of the Drone, the pilot and 4k camera hire and the raw footage taken transferred onto a USB storage device and passed to you the client. A fixed price for travel/fuel will be discussed and agreed at the time of booking. The price above does not include a cinematographer to operate the camera if specialized footage is needed.
