Rajeev Gupta, Ph.D., is an attorney with Finnegan in Washington, DC. Dr. Gupta focuses his practice on patent litigation in the district courts and the ITC, strategic patent prosecution, and client counseling, with a considerable expertise in diverse areas pertaining to

telecommunications, optics, semiconductors, and nanodevices. Dr. Gupta can be reached at [email protected].

Anand K. Sharma is a partner with Finnegan in Washington, DC. Mr. Sharma practices all aspects of patent law, with a particular focus on district court and Section 337 (ITC)patent litigation, as well as strategic client counseling. Mr. Sharma can be reached at [email protected].
