VIJAY KARKARE

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Vijay is the Founder Managing Director of Cornerstone India and Board Member – CIG. Vijay has served as a consultant to Boardsand Senior Management of MNC’s, Indian Business Houses and Start-up Ventures in virtually every industry. After working asDirector/Partner for 12 years in leading local & global consulting and search firms he opted to set up his own operations. Hisconsulting work includes Strategy & Organization Structure, Executive evaluations and Senior management & Board levelsearches. Earlier Vijay worked for 12 years with GSK & Alkem, heading Manufacturing, Projects and Corporate Planning.

Vijay is an M.Pharm from UDCT, Mumbai and holds an MBA from the reputed JBIMS, Mumbai. Vijay was a guest faculty with TISSand several other Management institutes in India.

Chaitanya, brings in more than 16 years of extensive Executive Search experience, having worked for in India & abroad forsuch reputed search firms like RMA International, Robertson Smart, Omam Consultants. In his last assignment with a USbased search firm, he was the Engineering Practice Vertical Head.

He has worked across various sectors, core among them being; Automotive, Auto Ancillary, Electrical,, Chemicals, Polymers,Oil & Gas, EPC. He has successfully built Leadership Teams for many of his clients & has a reputation of doing extensive seniorlevel mandates.

Chaitanya is an MBA majored in Human Resources.

Hirak, brings over ten years of experience of which initial five years has been in media industry in Client Servicing / RelationshipManagement roles. The later six years she has been a part of exclusive Executive Search experience. Her last assignment was with a USbased search firm, where she was handling couple of accounts in the manufacturing, engineering and consumer space.

AMITABHA SINHA

He began his careerwith Asian Paints – an industry leader widely recognized for excellence in management – where he headed HR and Systemsdevelopment at the corporate level.
