Section191/192/193 IPC

On 09.12.14 06 (six) accused persons were arrested by

the Sainthia GRPS and deadly weapon were seized from

their possession and above noted case was started in this

regard. During investigation it could be learnt that the 06

accused persons have given false fictitious name to

mislead the investigation and to be escaped themself just

after released on bail. It could also be learnt that they are

very professional criminal and involved with such many

heinous crime of them to use false name and address. In

course of investigation, source was engaged and local

verification was also done but no fruitful result could be

achieved. As the investigation of the case is being

frustrated to recovery of proper name and address of 6

(six) criminals are urgenty required. So 6 (six) accused

persons were wanted in c/w the above noted case.

All concerned are requested if any information about the

accused persons are available, may kindly be intimated to

Officer-in-Charge of Sainthia GRPS.

guard in Curzon ward Bed No-53 Unit IIIA of S.S.K.M

Hospital, escaped from lawful custody. The said Afjal is

an U.T.P vide Jibantala Ps Case No- 215/13 dated-

15.04.2013 U/s 363/360B IPC and 14 Foreigners Act. As

such the above noted case was started at Bhowanipore Ps.

The fact of the case in brief is that on 15.06.15 in between 10.15 hrs and 12.55 hrs in persuance of a

secret source information that few persons in Chakdah area are taking money from the candidates to

provide job in the shipping company in Chennai, Inspector Sukhen Sinha along with others officers and

forces of E.B, W.B accompanied by complaint assisted by the local Police of Chakdah Ps had been to the

office of “ SILVER GREEN” situated at Jyoti Market Chakdah, Nadia and organized raid. During raid

they recovered cash Rs. 20,500/- only, rubber stamp, letter pad, money receipt, register etc. in the name of

“Silver Green” were seized and arrested three accused persons namely (i) Raju Ram @ Kuljit Singh S/o

Jag Jiban Ram of Ranaghat Chunaripara, Ps- Ranaghat, (ii) Biswajit Mondal S/o Swapan Kr Mondal of

(2) Ref : Airport Ps Case No. 165/15 dated- 17.06.2015 U/s 63/65 Copy Right Act, r/w sec. 420 IPC

On 17.06.15 at about 14.15 hrs in persuance of an information Inspector Sukhen Sinha along with

officers and men of EB, W.B accompanied by representative of Assiduous consulting Pvt.Ltd, assisted by

local Police of Airport Ps had been to Sri Balaji Plastic Factory at 336, Niranjan Pally, Narayanpur, Ps-

Airport, Dist- North 24 Parganas. During inspection Inspector found that operator cum manager Dipu

Ghosh (31) S/o Lt. Mihir Ch. Ghosh of Chitra Nagar, Ps- Dholarhat, Dist- South 24 Parganas is engaged

in manufacturing of duplicate / counterfeited container of Castrol, Servo, BPCL etc. On demand he could

not produce any papers / documents in favour such type manufacturing of container. During search huge

quantity of empty plastic container without cap and 3(three) heavy iron made electrically operated plastic

container manufacturing machine were seized. Seized value approx Rs- 1,45,000/- only and said Dipu

Ghosh was arrested after observing all legel formalities. SI Mukti Pada Das of E.B, W.B took up it

investigation.

(5) Interesting detections by CID, West Bengal :-

Ref : Sealdah GRPS Case No. 119/15 dated- 01.06.2015 U/s 489B/489C/120B IPC

On 01.06.15 based on secret source information that Shri Aneesh Sarkar, Dy SP (ATS) CID, WB along

with a team of SOG and others held raid at Sealdah Railway Station area and arrested accused Rabbul Sk

S/o Jakir Sk of Babu Para, Pardeonapur, Ps- Baisnabnagar, Dist- Malda, while he came at Sealdah

Railway Station at about to board Duranta Express at Plat Form No. 9B for transaction & dealing in

FICNs with the local innocent people, total Rs. 2,50,000/- FICN of denomination of ( Rs. 1000/- x 250

piecs) were seized from possession said accused. Over the incident the noted case has been started to

unearth the entire racket and chain from Bangladesh Border to Murshidabad and others places. SI

Sougata Ghosh of SOG, CID, W.B took up its investigation.
