Ciclo Celular:

![Page 24: CICLO CELULAR “To divide or not to divide, that is the question”](https://reader035.fdocuments.net/reader035/viewer/2022062500/56a188a51a28abe545957e56/html5/thumbnails/24.jpg)
TRES NIVELES DE CONTROL

RECORDAR QUE EL CONTROL DEBE CONSIDERARSE COMO UN TODO BIEN INTEGRADO E INSEPARABLE
1. Nivel primario o propio del ciclo
2. Checkpoints o puntos de
chequeo
3. Dependiente de señales
extracelulares
![Page 25: CICLO CELULAR “To divide or not to divide, that is the question”](https://reader035.fdocuments.net/reader035/viewer/2022062500/56a188a51a28abe545957e56/html5/thumbnails/25.jpg)
1. NIVEL PRIMARIO O PROPIO DE LA CÉLULA
![Page 26: CICLO CELULAR “To divide or not to divide, that is the question”](https://reader035.fdocuments.net/reader035/viewer/2022062500/56a188a51a28abe545957e56/html5/thumbnails/26.jpg)

Cada CdK es activada por una ciclina
Una misma ciclina puede activar
CdKs diferentes
Una misma CdK puede asociarse
a ciclinas diferentes
![Page 28: CICLO CELULAR “To divide or not to divide, that is the question”](https://reader035.fdocuments.net/reader035/viewer/2022062500/56a188a51a28abe545957e56/html5/thumbnails/28.jpg)
Activación de las CdKs
Inhibición de las CdKs
• Proteínas Inhibitorias: CKI (“Cdk Inhibitors”)
p16 impide la unión de la ciclina.
p21 y p27 impide la unión del ATP.
• Kinasas: Wee1 fosforila Th14 y Ty15
• Unión a ciclinas• Fosfatasas: Cdc 25 desfosforila Th14 y Ty15• Kinasas: CAK fosforila Th161

2. CHECKPOINTS O PUNTOS DE CHEQUEO
![Page 31: CICLO CELULAR “To divide or not to divide, that is the question”](https://reader035.fdocuments.net/reader035/viewer/2022062500/56a188a51a28abe545957e56/html5/thumbnails/31.jpg)
