BY DIANE SAMUELS DIRECTED BY ANDREW HALL
Love and lies sometimes travel hand in hand.
As the clouds of war gather in 1930’s Germany, a desperate mother
forces her nine year old daughter onto a train, sending her out of
danger and into the arms of strangers.
In peaceful, suburban, 1980’s England, a proud mother prepares
to say farewell to her grown-up daughter, as she cuts the ties of
childhood to leave the family home. Then a chance discovery opens
an unhealed wound. The bittersweet experience of every parent,
as they send their children into an uncertain world, unites
these women across the decades.
In the nine months before the outbreak of World War II, nearly
10,000 predominantly Jewish children from Germany, Poland,
Austria and Czechoslovakia were rescued on the Kindertransport
and ferried to safety in the UK.
Winner of the Verity Bargate and Meyer-Whitworth Awards,
Kindertransport is a stunning story of love and loss, past and
present and hope for the future.

Inspired by the 6 smash hit multi-million selling albums of the same
name, the West End sell out sensation Dreamboats and Petticoats The
Musical features some of the greatest hit songs of the Rock ‘n’ Roll era.
The dazzling success of the first seven albums in the Dreamboats
and Petticoats series sent the message loud and clear. With over 2
million copies sold and several weeks at the Number One spot in the
compilation charts, the Great British public were saying that they didn’t
just want to listen to pure nostalgia: they’d love to see it as well.

importantly, the attention of the gorgeous Sue! But when
Bobby discovers that shy Laura is no slouch on the piano,
love and rock ‘n’ roll fame beckons.

Cochran, Billy Fury, and many more, including Let’s Dance, To Know

A COMEDY OF HUGE PROPORTIONS
BY PHILIP KING Like nothing you’ve ever seen before!
This wonderfully funny and much loved farce is brought to life on
stage once again - this time with a difference. It still features hilarious
comic situations involving mistaken identity, doors and vicars, set
in the village of Merton-cum-Middlewick, but the comedy will be
heightened by the fact that the cast are all under four feet tall!
See How They Run is the debut theatre tour of Warwick Davis
and his Reduced Height Theatre Company. Warwick is the most
successful short actor in Britain with a career spanning over three
decades. He’s best known for his roles in Willow, Star Wars, the
Harry Potter films and most recently on our TV screens in
Life’s Too Short, Doctor Who and An Idiot Abroad 3.
So for an evening of theatre that won’t be short of laughs,
book your tickets now!

When young Emmett was a high flyer in the City he was a
regular customer in an upmarket restaurant but now, thanks to
a recent reversal in his fortunes, he’s starting a new career there -
as a dishwasher! His new colleagues are Dressler who’s happily
been scraping and scrubbing for over 30 years and is a bit of a
philosopher, and Moss who’s sadly well past his sell by date and
heading for the dustbin. Together they attack the endless supply
of crockery that descends from above. In this world of dirty
dishes, soapsuds and despair, playwright Morris Panych brings
wit and humour to their quest for existential meaning.
David Essex returns to the stage in The Dishwashers following
his hugely successful portrayal of Eddie Moon in BBC TV’s
EastEnders. He enjoys a remarkable career that has
combined theatre, films, television and music.
David’s stage work includes Peter Hall’s production of She Stoops
to Conquer in the West End and his numerous musicals include Evita,
Godspell, All The Fun of The Fair, Mutiny and Aspects of Love.

Lilac Fairy struggles against the evil Carabosse.
Swan Lake The greatest romantic ballet of all time is brought to life by
Tchaikovsky’s haunting and unforgettable score. From the

Alfred Hitchcock, is now on a UK tour.
Tony is convinced his wife is having an affair.
We watch mesmerised by Tony’s precision in

Private Peaceful relives the life of Private Tommo Peaceful, a young
First World War soldier awaiting the firing squad at dawn. During the
night he looks back at his short but joyful past growing up in rural
Devon: his exciting first days at school; the accident in the forest that
killed his father; his adventures with Molly, the love of his life; and
the battles and injustices of war that brought him to the front line.
Winner of the Blue Peter Book of the Year, Private Peaceful is by third

WWOS present a vibrant, stylish and hilarious
romp through one of Gilbert and Sullivan’s finest
scores, including I Am The Very Model Of A Modern
Major-General, A Policeman’s Lot, I Am A
Pirate King and Hail Poetry.
A young man bound by an overactive sense of duty,
a soft-hearted Pirate King with a hopeless band of
childish rogues at his side, a bevy of beautiful young
innocent maidens, a very Modern Major-General and
an ineffectual bunch of British Bobbies… add a plot
hinging on the technicalities of having a birthday on
the 29th of February and we’re just about there.
What could possibly go wrong?
