KETTERING CHURCH FAMILYDad’s Bible Study The men’s Bible study continues this Tuesday, Nov. 17, at 7:30 pm in room S4. The study will be every 2 weeks, on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday’s of the month, alternating with the Mom’s Bible study, which meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday’s. If you have any questions please email Derek Sorensen at [email protected].

Mom’s Bible Study continues next Tuesday, Nov. 24, at 7:30 pm in room S4. They’re going through the book “Mom Enough-The Fearless Mother’s Heart and Hope”. The study will be every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month. You’re invited! For further information, email Emily Sorensen at [email protected] or pastor Alex.

High School Students And Parents Of High School Students are invited to a meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 17, 6:30 p.m. in room S3. The purpose is to organize how youth ministry will take shape in 2016.

Small Groups Our personal ministries team is putting together a catalog of small groups that are happening or will be happening beginning Jan. 1. If you’d like to lead a small group for 10-12 weeks, please submit your proposal/idea on a card available at the information desk indicating who’s leading, what you’ll be doing, when it will occur, and where.

Vespers Concert Series Free concert on Saturday, November 21 at 5:00 p.m.: Sopranos Paulette Jumalon of Loma Linda, California, and Stephanie Mauer of Kettering, Ohio. Our monthly vespers concert features young standout classically trained musicians of our denomination from around the country. All are welcome.

SVA Fruit Program pick up on Sunday from 8:30am to 3pm and Monday from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. New location at the shop in the back of the school. Extra fruit, nuts and Amish products for sale!

Annual Thanksgiving Day Feast Potluck style in the church Fellowship hall. Dinner will begin at 3 p.m. Please bring your favorite Thanksgiving dish to share. Enjoy great food and fellowship.

COMMUNITYCome Ye Thankful People, Come The Prayer Team invites you to a time of thanksgiving prayer on Monday, Nov. 16 at 7 p.m. in room S4. After a short introduction, we’ll share in prayers of thanksgiving for God’s blessings of the year to prepare our hearts for the season. Please join us!

Children’s Church This Sabbath, during Second Service. The children will start in the sanctuary and end up in S1 (classroom across from the office). Parents will need to sign out their children. Children 4 and under need to be accompanied by a parent.

Offering Today is for the Annual Sacrifice/World Budget. If you’d like to contribute to World Budget, please mark your tithe envelope accordingly. Loose offering goes toward our local church budget. Please also remember our Project Renewal program in your giving as we remodel the kids and music areas of our church.
