Dear Parishioners, Come discover the plan that will transform your work, your mar-riage, your family, your community... your life! Eight of our parishioners have attended the Catechetical Institute (CI): Patsy Quinn, Francis Kramer, Rita Fahey, Steve Lemmer, Doris Mielke, Jean Schmitz, Lori Kasel and Nancy Ludovissie. They have invested a HUGE amount of time and energy and they and our parishes have/are reaping the fruit of their investment as they have fallen more in love with God and their Catholic Faith, and invest themselves in the life of our parishes. Last weekend Jean Schmitz shared about the challenges and rewards of her experience at the CI at our donut Sunday at Ascension. Each parish pays for 50% of the tuition for their parishioners. I encourage you to talk to one of these fellow parishioners about their experience. Here are some details of the CI: This fall, the Archbishop Harry J. Flynn Catechetical Institute will begin another two-year course at The Saint Paul Seminary. Taught by some of the best instructors in the Twin Cities, such as Bishop Andrew Cozzens, Jeff Cavins, Deacon Joe Michalak, Fr. John Klockeman, Dr. Bill Stevenson, Dr. Todd Flanders, Christina Smith, Linda Corri-gan and more, the program follows the four pillars of the Catechism of the Catholic Church and will make sense of all things Catholic, deepen your faith, and lay out the roadmap to heaven. (Continued in the column to the right >> >)

(< < Continued from the column on the left ) The classes are divided into four eleven-week modules and meet on Monday eve-nings, 7 to 9 pm, with two Saturday morning formative sessions per module. Applications are now being accepted through July 1, 2018, for the class beginning in September. For more information and an application to become part of the Class of Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati, call (651) 962-5028 or vis-it www.CIstudent.com. Come Holy Spirit, renew our parishes! Fr. Gregory
