Wednesday 11 December 2013 Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter in support of the reapplication of an ADS travel licence for Bonaventure Travel of Hay Street, West Perth. My organization have been using Bonaventure for over 10 years, booking many international and domestic flights each year. I have found that Bonaventure, especially Isabelle Chu but also her staff, provide a level of service that consistently exceeds my expectations. For example, I was invited by the former PM, John Howard, to represent my faith at the 2006 Commonwealth Games ceremonies, including an interfaith service before HM Queen Elizabeth at St Andrew’s Cathedral in Sydney followed by a State Dinner also with HM The Queen of Australia in Parliament House, Canberra. The invitation came very late and the logistics were a nightmare. It seemed impossible to find any seats on flights from Perth to Sydney to Canberra and back to Perth when most flights were fully booked due to the Games. Isabelle found such seats for me. Then, in 2012, my mother died in London. Again, it seemed so difficult to find flights at such short notice but, after sitting with Isabelle in Bonaventure for an hour, I had the flights booked. I will always be grateful to Bonaventure for going the extra distance for one of their customers. In summary, I cannot recommend the integrity and level of service given to my organization highly enough. They are simply brilliant! Yours Sincerely
