She has lectured on Palmer and is currently writing a new biography of the artist, whose influence on her imagination, inspires and informs much of her work.

For the big kids (adults) there will be a diverse line up of music, cabaret, art, talks, theatre and many other interactive entertainments including a giant maze!There will be a healing area, talks (conspiracy theories, alternative tech, health and nutrition, herbalism, foraging, bushcraft) Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation. Plus a well equipped circus area with a tightrope and high wire. An on site creche and large children area will keep little ones entertained. A large water slide, mud wrestling and games area will keep the big kids entertained. There are proper onsite toilets as well as shower facillities.There is an option for boutique camping as well as a variety of other on site services such as a heated barn with bar and stage, a bistro, burger van, art gallery, hairdresser, beauty parlour and barber. The festival will be full of things to do and join in with and organisers encourage everyone to come with costumes for the Friday night parade and show.Other entertainments included poetry, theatre, singing, dance, drama close up magic and story telling. The festival is being organised by a group of volunteers and is being run as a not for profit event.This is its first year although organisers have run several events on the same site. Normally the site is a working family farm.WorkshopsMany of Friday and Saturdays workshops will be focused around creating decorations, instruments, costumes, learning dance moves and percussion rhythms ready for the spectacular figure 8 parade that winds its way around the festival leading to a LED show, fireworks and lighting of the sacred fire.VolunteersOrganisers are still taking a few more volunteers who are expected to work at least 3 x 3 hour shift and get a meal voucher after each shift plus free entry to the festival for all weekend.Disabled facilitiesThe site is essentially pretty flat and easy to navigate ( unless there is torrential rain ). The toilet facilities are reasonably roomy but not purpose built for wheelchair users. However, no stairs or large steps.

When you call 999 for an ambulance, there's a good chance that it'll be a LIVES First Responder who arrives first. If you suffer a cardiac arrest or have breathing difficulties, the first few minutes can literally be the difference between life and death. Because LIVES First Responders are based locally, they can often get to you within 5 or

6 minutes of a 999 call being made. They can then deliver vital care until the ambulance arrives. LIVES responders attend at least 18,000 calls in Lincolnshire every year.What are they looking for? CAISTOR FIRST RESPONDERS 2015Monday December 14th Meet on the second Monday of each month, at 7pm at at CAISTOR FIRE STATION Lincolnshire Integrated Voluntary Emergency ServiceFirst Responders are based in villages and communities across Lincolnshire. When you call 999 for an ambulance, there's a good chance that it'll be a LIVES First Responder who arrives first. If you suffer a cardiac arrest or have breathing difficulties, the first few minutes can literally be the difference between life and death. Because LIVES First Responders are based locally, they can often get to you within 5 or 6 minutes of a 999 call being made. They can then deliver vital care until the ambulance arrives. LIVES responders attend at least 18,000 calls in Lincolnshire every year.What are they looking for? Aged 18 or over Full, driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential.Carry a 20kg bag of equipment Be able to kneel and carry out Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)No previous experience is necessary as full comprehensive initial and ongoing training will be providedApplication is subject to and enhanced CRB check and referencesTo complete the LIVES training programme to attarequired level of competenceTo maintarequired level of competence by attending several local Group training sessions and a short local re-qualification annually Volunteers are required to have their own vehicle, licensed and insured for voluntary driving. CAISTOR LIBRARY – LAST DAY OF LCC OPERATION Monday 27th July 2015. Please note, as part of the implementation of the transfer of Tier 3libraries to Community Hubs, the last staffed session at Caistor library will end at 1.00 pm IT works will then be undertaken to prepare for the new service run entirely byvolunteers. The re-opening date is expected to be within a week and further information about a basic interim service will be announced as soon as possible. NETTLETON’S FLOWER & PRODUCE SHOW Saturday 5 September. ‘Nettleton Flower & Produce Show (which includes residents of Moortown and Normanby le Wold) will take place on Saturday 5 September. Entry forms to Lesley Alderson, The Old School House, Nettleton, by 6pm on Thursday 3 September. Exhibits to be staged between 9am - 10.30 at Nettleton Village Hall on 5 September, ready for judging at 11 am. Viewing and refreshments at 2.30 pm.
