How we ship our chocolates.Depending on numerous factors, Zoroy.com ships packages via Blue Dart

Courier service. We offer free Delivery all over India in cities covered by our courier partner.

Our packaging system combines a reusable, seamless polystyrene sheet with corrugated plastic boxes. Your chocolates are temperature controlled within the confines of the polystyrene, which itself is encased in an outer corrugated plastic shipper

Once a valid order is placed with us, it can be cancelled within 4 hours with a deduction of 20% towards processing charges.

For all cancellations after 4 hours but before dispatch of order, there would be a deduction of 50% of the order value.

For orders cancelled after dispatch of product, cancellations would not be accepted and there would be no refund for the same.

Refund will are processed within 21 days from the day we confirm your refund value.
