• In-house digitisation service for Falmouth University and University of Exeter, Penryn Campus

• Transferred to library in 2010• In-house system (Dig-Res) developed for

managing scans• All Exeter scans added to PackTracker

Challenges: Rollover and Reporting

• PDFs sent to straight academics• No record of module • No mechanism for tracking which scans still in use • Time consuming inventory of VLE to update records
