Water over lake. How to define the border? The two central yin lines blur together.

Everything's a muddle without limits. But you don't have to accept all the limits defined by others.

Water over fire. Inhale the steam. The first is going out. Now is not the time for ambitious newbeginnings.

Savor completion. Pause before moving on.

Not yet across. More water ahead.

Commentary

Fire over water.

Hexagram 63 was the image of completion. The water had been crossed. But that was not the lastword. In this final hexagram we are again short of the crossing.
