The group is doing Francis Chan & Mark Beuving’s Multiply, which is about the great commission. This group is open and everyone is welcome. This reading material will go to young adult men who are incarcerated here in Wilmington. Some of these men really are hopeful of turning over their lives to a new start. Please bring your Christian based paperbacks to church on Sunday, September 22 and drop off in the lobby. There is also an opportunity for men in our congregation to become a pen pal with an inmate and provide personal encouragement. If you would like information on how to become a pen pal or if you have questions regarding the paperbacks for prisoners’ ministry please feel free to contact Daniel at [email protected]. Fill Up the Food Pantry The food pantry at the C3 Center needs to be restocked. Items most needed are cereal, canned fruit and meats, chili, mayo, juice and mac & cheese. Drop off your donations any Sunday in the lobby in the marked container or you can drop them off at the C3 Center during office hours. If you or a friend could use a few bags of groceries, contact the C3 Center at 302-999-9340 for pantry hours.
