His commitment to his clients is extraordinary. Mr. Carchiolo makes it a priority to research and thoroughly plan new, effective and challenging material to present to his clients. He has a unique and creative way of combining traditional approaches with the more contemporary which keeps his clients engaged and encourages personal growth. Mr. Carchiolo is capable of working independently. He can be counted on to carry out assigned duties with little oversight. This includes his service delivery to clients as well as the often extensive documentation requirements associated with mental health and social services. He also works effectively as a team player as he is often sought out for advice and feedback from coworkers, an indication of the respect and confidence his professional peers hold for him. Mr. Carchiolo has an uncanny ability to quickly establish trust and rapport with others. He has excellent communication skills and is extremely skilled at motivating and engaging people in general.

To Whom it May Concern:

I have worked with Chris Carchiolo in a professional capacity for the last 8 years and served as his direct supervisor for the past 2. When I first met Mr. Carchiolo at a company fundraising event, his commitment and extensive knowledge regarding the field of mental health became readily apparent. With over 20 years of experience working with adults in individual as well as group settings, he presents with a wealth of knowledge that can be applied in a variety of contexts and modalities.

It is with my highest recommendation that you consider Mr. Carchiolo for any position in which he is applying. His character and skills developed over the years in the field of mental/behavioral health could easily transfer into other settings such as sales, mediation, customer service, management or any position that requires expertise regarding interpersonal communication skills.
