Chows Company PolicyChows prides itself on a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

As soon as you arrive at Chows, you will be taken care of by our friendly and attentive staff.

Our food is made with the finest quality ingredients and prepared by our highly trained

team of chefs, lead by our Head Chef Mrs Cheng,

who has over 40 years experience of fine Chinese cuisine.

Chows Booking PolicyBookings are taken in advance and in good faith. At Chows we do not wish to inconvenience our guests for a deposit to secure

your table. However, once we have confirmed numbers for your party, we will allocate space at the restaurant for your party.

In the event that you are unable to attend or there is an alteration on the number of your party, unless notice of at least

4 hours in advance has been given we will unfortunately be at liberty to charge £20 per head for failure to attend.

This will occur if we have turned away other diners to secure your table, unless Chows has been duly informed.

Reservations are given a twenty minute grace period, before your table will be offered to another diner.

Special OccasionsChows Celebrates Birthdays, Engagements and Family Gatherings. For Birthday celebrations please order a

Special Chows Birthday Cake which can be named and presented to your Special Guest after your meal.

Banqueting PartiesChows have carefully selected a wide range of Banquets, and will gladly substitute

or add any dish to your banquet at your request, subject to a possible surcharge. Banquets are priced

per person and served accordingly, for each individual at the banqueting table.

We make allowances for children and those with smaller appetites to share a banquet.

Chows Dress CodeAll Visitors at Chows are required to have a smart or casual

appearance. Chows reserves the right to refuse admission.

Chows Policy on ChildrenChows warmly welcomes Children and Babies from Monday to Thursday from 4:30pm,

and every other day from midday. (Young children must be accompanied by an adult at all times).

To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all

diners Chows request that young children are to vacate the restaurant before 8pm every evening.

Mobile TelephonesIn the interest of other diners, Chows requests that your mobile phones

or other electronic devices be switched off, or set to silent.

TaxisPlease ask at reception to organise your taxi for your safe return home.

This will avoid long delays which are inevitable on weekends.

Your Final BillYour total food and drinks bill will include 20% VAT courtesy of HMRC.
