This initiative recognizes that co-curricular activities not only help students articulate personal and professional goals, but also provide an invaluable opportunity to acquire and hone skills in demand by graduate schools and prospective employers. The program is offered in conjunction with a co-curricular transcript that tracks non-academic achievements while at the University.

Through these experiences, along with workshops and training sessions, students earn the GPS certificate, thereby demonstrating key skills in AUP’s Core Capabilities (see next page). In a final step in the program, students present their narratives to a panel of professionals and compete for the GPS President’s Award.

The GPS Program is AUP’s signature programs that helps students attain critically important skills in communication, cross-cultural understanding, leadership, creative and critical thinking and time management. The program enables students to develop their own personal narrative that connects the dots between academia, their co-curricular activities such as volunteer work, internships and student leadership opportunities, and their future careers.

Students in this brochure are available to pursue internships in Spring 2019, either on a full-time or part-time basis (specified in each profile). Once the registration has been approved, the AUP Internship Office will send you a “convention de stage” template by email. A signed copy should then be returned to the AUP Internship Office for processing.
