What’s the best part about working at UHPP? Making a difference by just being me! Every day we deliver world-class healthcare with respect, compassion and love. And it’s all because of donors like you!
I’ve gotten plenty of support to lead, learn and grow. Today I manage UHPP’s Troy and Hudson health centers. We empower people who want to be part of something incredible, like you and me. I couldn’t be prouder!
No one provides exceptional services, honest education and fearless advocacy like Planned Parenthood! We can’t do it without you, so please donate today!

Celebrating 80 Years of ChoiceOn October 23, 230 guests gathered for UHPP’s 80 Years of Choice Celebration at Sixty State Place with special guest Susie Essman, who plays the sassy Susie Greene on HBO’s Curb Your Enthusiasm. Susie delivered a hilarious performance and proudly accepted UHPP’s first Giraffe Award for sticking out her neck to support abortion and reproductive rights.
Many thanks to Susie and to our sponsors for helping UHPP raise more than $35,000!

Including UHPP in your planned giving is one of the most meaningful and generous gifts you can make. Your estate plan affirms, honors, and protects what matters most — your loved ones, principles and values. You can help ensure that family planning and reproductive choice are here to stay for generations to come.
2014 Fall Elections
So soda won’t keep me from getting my girlfriend pregnant? How can two condoms not be better than one?
These are just two of the questions featured in the new UHPP Youth Health Promoters 30-second radio ad. The YHPs worked as a team to write and record this new spot. With the help of JAMZ and FLY 92, it was produced and will air on both stations until mid-December.
The radio spot promotes ICYC (In Case You're Curious), a sexual health text line for teens. The text line is free and completely confidential.

Honor What Matters Most To You
"There's no doubt that the results of the November 4 elections were disappointing," said UHPP President/CEO Chelly Hegan. "And it's clear that there's a challenging road ahead of us in Congress. But it's also clear that Planned Parenthood supporters like you and me remain a force to reckon with. Let's keep standing strong!"
Please mark your calendars for Family Planning Advocates' Day of Action on Monday, January 26. This is your opportunity to thank New York State's supportive legislative leaders and to speak out for exceptional healthcare and honest education.
