The chits, the caucuses,

the excellence in debating

The much awaited chitkaramun 2.0 has finally kick

started with overwhelming

response.

Armed with stocks of re-

ports, the chitkara mun has

evolved tremendously from

the first MUN held last year.

With three councils simulat-

ing this time,

General Assembly, will

discuss on PROLIFERA-TION OF ARMS IN AFRI-CAN CONTINENT ,HRC will discuss on two

agendas:

BALANCING THERIGHTS TO FREEDOMOF EXPRE-SION,PRIVACY ANDSECURITY ON THE

INTERNET and RIGHTTO DEVELOPMENT .Security Council will

also discuss on two

agendas:

Conflict over the ArcticRegion and Prolifera-tion of Nuclear weap-ons in volatile regions

and use of nuclearweapons in armed con-flict.The IP wishes an intel-

lectual discussion in a

diplomatic way follow-

ing the procedures of

UN.

It gives me immense pleasure as the Secretary General at CHIT-

KARA MUN 2.0 to welcome you all to the much awaited confer-ence this year. I sincerely hope that not only would the conference

be a radical MUN experience but would give each one of you

pocketful of cherished memories to take back home. We have put

in our best efforts to make this conference a huge success and

we wish to make this conference one soulful experience for each

one of you. The conference this year consists of 3 councils- the

General Assembly, the Human Rights council, and the Security

Council.

We at CHITMUN promise to give the delegates a platform to ex-

hibit their debating skills and their concern for the world and as the Secretary General of CHITMUN I assure all my delegates to

show them the lighter side of a MUN apart from the serious dis-

cussion.

We hope that by the end of the 3 day council not only will you

have the greatest of the memories but novice solutions to the

problems our world faces and imbued you of the passion our

world needs. I, the Secretary General of Chitkara MUN 2.0, am

more than happy to escort you through this successful, passion-

ate and blissful journey.
